Manage your entire social media operation from your AI assistant. Swonkie is a social media management platform: connect it and your agent can pull analytics, track competitors, write and schedule posts, run them through team approval, and publish, across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business Profile. ## What your agent can do - **Analytics** β daily and per-post metrics for any connected profile, with metric discovery per network so the agent picks valid metric codes on its own - **Competitor intelligence** β search public profiles, add them as competitors, then pull the same daily and per-post insights for them - **Publishing** β create, update and delete posts with per-network captions, media, link previews and platform-specific options (Facebook carousels, TikTok flags, LinkedIn documents) - **Platform limits** β look up the merged caption, media, size, ratio and duration rules for a post type across the selected networks *before* composing, so payloads are valid first try - **Approval workflow** β validate, schedule, unschedule, send to team review, approve, reject, publish now - **Media library** β upload files, import media straight from a public URL, poll processing status - **AI images** β generate a production-ready social image from a text prompt with Andie, uploaded to your library and ready to attach - **Labels** β create and filter by workspace labels 27 tools in total, plus 8 guided prompts (`create-post`, `schedule-post`, `publish-now`, `upload-media`, `content-calendar`, `weekly-report`, `competitor-analysis`, `organize-with-labels`) and 11 read-only resources that ground the agent in your workspace before it acts. ## Getting your credentials Open **Settings β Workspace β Public API** in Swonkie ([direct link](https://app.swonkie.com/settings/workspace/public-api)) and copy your **API ID** and **API Key**. You need a workspace with API access enabled. ## Connect Add the server URL with your API ID and API Key as query parameters. That is all the setup there is, no custom headers and no local process to run: ``` https://mcp.swonkie.dev/mcp?apiId=YOUR_API_ID&apiKey=YOUR_API_KEY ``` ```json { "mcpServers": { "swonkie": { "type": "http", "url": "https://mcp.swonkie.dev/mcp?apiId=YOUR_API_ID&apiKey=YOUR_API_KEY" } } } ``` Works anywhere streamable HTTP does: Claude.ai and Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n. > **Treat that URL as a secret.** It carries your workspace credentials, so do not commit it or paste it into a shared config. Rotate the key in Swonkie if it leaks. ## Security notes - Credentials are scoped to one workspace. Issue a separate key per client or per automation so you can revoke one without breaking the rest. - Rotate or revoke keys any time from **Settings β Workspace β Public API**. - Write tools (create, update, delete, publish, stage changes) act on live social accounts. The bundled prompts require explicit confirmation before anything goes out. ## Links [Full MCP docs](https://docs.swonkie.dev/mcp-server) Β· [Public API reference](https://docs.swonkie.dev/) Β· [Swonkie](https://swonkie.com)
