1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lulu platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lulu ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Lulu is a no-code AI teammate builder that allows users to create, configure, and deploy AI agents that automate business tasks across third-party applications including messaging platforms, CRMs, email services, and more. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • •Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • •Not share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to use your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • •Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • •Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing or other deceptive practices.
  • •Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • •Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, interfaces, logos, and content created by us — are and remain the exclusive property of Lulu and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Service. By using Lulu, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data as necessary to deliver the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LULU AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO LULU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
