Use it on a citation another agent handed you, before you rely on it. - `find_signal` - coverage and freshness manifest: which signal lines exist, how many entities each covers, and fresh/recent/stale counts, so you can check "is my entity covered and how fresh" BEFORE paying. **Paid records** are bought directly over x402 (USDC on Base or Solana). `get_official_record` returns the real 402 challenge (network / asset / payTo / amount) and you pay at that URL from your own wallet.
