Due diligence on Lithuanian companies for agents that need to know who they are dealing with: company profile and management, shareholders, beneficial owners, real property, property-seizure acts, court cases, and a composite report that returns the whole picture in one call. Company tools are keyed by the Lithuanian company code (juridinio asmens kodas). Every answer is provided as a legal service by a certified Lithuanian attorney-at-law (advokatas), who legally and officially attests the provenance and integrity of the data; a response can carry the lawyer's qualified electronic signature (JAdES-T, JAdES-LT or ASiC-E). On supported tools, set interpret to true and the answer additionally carries its standardized legal interpretation: what the data means under Lithuanian law, item by item, with statute citations - authored and versioned by the attorney, selected deterministically by the data, never a score and not a substitute for a bespoke legal opinion. The server also orders identification packages, which is how you establish that the person on the other side of a deal really is the manager, shareholder or beneficial owner the register names. Name a company and a role; the register is asked who holds it; that person signs a composed dossier with their own qualified electronic signature; the personal code inside their signing certificate is matched against the register row; and the attorney attests the verified correspondence. What comes back is one ASiC-E evidence container that a supervisor or a court can check years later. There is no video call, no selfie and no biometric processing at any point, and this is what Lithuanian anti-money-laundering law accepts as remote identification. Ordering is asynchronous: create_kyc_package returns an order id and a ceremony URL for the subject, and get_kyc_package - the one tool keyed by order id rather than company code - reports the outcome. Sandbox keys answer synthetic data at no cost, so an integration can be built before any paperwork; production access follows acceptance of the terms at https://api.tvarka.pro/terms and a signed engagement agreement. Billing is per answered call, and a no-data answer or an upstream source failure is never billed. An identification package is billed only on delivery, so a role nobody holds, a ceremony the subject never completes and an identity mismatch all cost nothing.
